Rechenda Smith is the Managing Director of Norwich-based Nurture Marketing.

Rechenda and her team of leopards provide marketing and business development services including PR, email marketing, web, branding, design and print, blogging, SEO, advertising photography and videography to small businesses from their lair at the Blofield Business Centre.

Established in June 2024, Nurture Marketing supports clients in Norfolk and Suffolk in sectors including professional services, the visitor economy, non-profit and property & construction. The company supports provides marketing support services, mentoring and training.

Rechenda has been working in marketing for twenty years. She holds marketing qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and is a volunteer area lead for the Federation of Small Businesses in Norfolk and Suffolk and a member of BNI Enterprise of Norwich. She is also an advocate for local charities and offers pro bono support via Norfolk Pro Help.

Rechenda is self-confessed leopard print obsessive, is a budget food YouTuber and lives with her tuxedo cat, Jack.
